This off-season, coach Dudley Hilton and the Bobcats have been putting in the work. Last year's regional defeat to eventual state champions Belfry Pirates didn't sit well with senior wide receiver George Pace. "We took about two weeks off and decided that was long enough. Our goal is to win the state championship and we can't do that if we don't put in the work".
As most people in Eastern Kentucky know, Coach Hilton is one of the most successful coaches in Kentucky high school football history. "Our team has worked their tails off this winter. That is what we pride ourselves on, it takes hard work and discipline to make it to Lexington and play for the state championship. These are life lessons that carry our players beyond Bell County football. Things like teamwork, perseverance, and handling success and failure".
The Bobcats will begin summer practice soon. If you would like to learn more about playing for Dudley Hilton, contact him below.
