Click the blue link below for K.E.P.S. to see current certified vacancies, and scroll below for support personnel vacancies. School board policy (passed 8/16/05) will result in all qualified applicants' names for any position being sent to the SBDM council when a vacancy occurs at a school site. Therefore, please do not contact the administrative office requesting that your application be sent to the council. If your application is on file, if it is complete, and you possess the qualifications for the position...your name shall be sent to the SBDM council for their consideration.

     Current District Support Staff Vacancies:

    1) Full-Time Substitute Cook--District.  Applicants must have minimum of high school diploma or GED and valid Food Handler's Card.              Posted 01/10/20.

    2) Special Needs Paraeducator.  Bell County High School.  Applicants must have minimum educational requirements of associate's degree, 2 years of college (minimum of 48 college hours) or have passed the Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment.   Posted 2/28/20. 

    3) One (1) Save the Children Program Paraeducator.  Yellow Creek School Center.  Applicants must have minimum educational requirements of associate's degree, 2 years of college (minimum of 48 college hours) or have passed the Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment. Posted 6/26/20.

    4) Special Needs Paraeducator.  Lone Jack School Center.  Applicants must have minimum educational requirements of associate's degree, 2 years of college (minimum of 48 college hours) or have passed the Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment.   Posted 6/26/20. 

    5) Special Needs Paraeducator.  Right Fork School Center.  Applicants must have minimum educational requirements of associate's degree, 2 years of college (minimum of 48 college hours) or have passed the Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment.   Posted 6/26/20. 

    6) Cook.  Bell County High School.  Applicants must have minimium of high school diploma or GED.  Valid Food handler's card is required.  Posted 7/10/20.

    7) Technology Coordinator.  Districtwide.  Applicants should have minimum of high school diploma or GED with experience in computer repair and maintenance.  Additional trainings in computer technology will be helpful.  

    8) Elementary secretary.  Yellow Creek School Center.  Applicants must have minimum education of high school diploma or GED.  Posted 9/25/20. 

    9) Part-time Special Needs/Bus Safety Monitor.  Four hours per day.  Minimum education requirement is high school diploma or GED.  Posted 9/28/20.

     

     

    The Bell County Board of Education is actively seeking qualified applicants for substitute teachers, and substitute instructional assistants.  Minimum education requirements depend on position applied for.  All applicants must have high school diploma or GED.
